You’re only as good as the people you work with. I myself have done practically every job in pre-production, on a film set, and post-production. I appreciate the talent that goes into every role in filmmaking. I value the time and real-world challenges that go into making that talent into skill, craft, expertise — even art.
I’ve been very lucky that the right casts and crews walked into my life and films. Filmmakers get busy, we see a lot of people, and it’s not hard to understand how some artists get overlooked. Most of my casts and crews, though, someone I knew was already talking about first. I met them and I knew I had something special. And I’m glad I was able to make something special with all of them. Check out their names. You’ll see them again soon.
